I did read al lot today and saw a lot of comments by experienced contributors. So please look carefully to the 3d before you choose to upgrade, and tell us here your opinion. You cant be serious, you are not going to upgrade based on 1 person who has just written all that? Thank you very much for the latest information. A more plausable way of saying not to upgrade would be to research into this update a bit more thoroughly. It asks me to go ahead with a firmware upgrade before I can use the new ITV app, but as you can see, all roads to upgrade seem to be blocked

Gasdduc have also tried using LAN Upgrade - it too says there is no file to upgrade. Its different in the menu I remember.

In that case you do react exactly on the topic. On SBS or proper 3D Bluray material, the TV doesn't magically add or remove gasxeuc - the stereo separation and hence depth or pop-out is determined by how the 3D material was captured and produced.

Indeed you see it rare gadeuc normal film situations, but in animations you can see it. I got only stupid answers by Samsungthey don't know and don't interest themselves for the optimum settings. I have just puchased the 46D today so will check to see what version I am running,but g not update to Forgive my creative English I am not native.
Should the TV alert me when firmware needs to be updated? We are not al specialists.
